Role Overview: As a Workday Finance Lead, you will take a lead role in implementing and operationalizing Workday Finance modules. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to implement key Workday Finance functional areas, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of the finance processes.

Role Overview: As a Workday Finance Lead, you will take a lead role in implementing and operationalizing Workday Finance modules. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to implement key Workday Finance functional areas, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of the finance processes.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate expertise in Workday Financials, including Foundation Data Model design and optimization.
- Lead Workday Financial implementations and manage cross-functional project teams.
- Collaborate effectively with finance and IT teams to meet project objectives.
- Participate in design/discovery sessions to quickly get a firm grasp of the project requirements.
- Develop and implement financial reporting solutions aligned with best practices.
- Facilitate communication and knowledge transfer throughout the implementation process.
- Support content development to enhance implementation processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in ERP consulting.
- Experience leading 2+ full lifecycle Workday implementations or similar ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of functional areas including P2P, O2C, R2R, Business Assets, and Banking.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Certifications in Workday Financials or related modules are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in analytic and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
- Content development experience to support implementation processes.
- Team leadership experience.
