CLIENT:
A ServiceNow implementation Partner that is looking for a ServiceNow HRSD to join their growing team. They main focus is the DACH region, whilst working with international clientele.
ROLE:
- You get experience in advising customers on the topics of process design, innovative problem solutions and customer management, as well as in the areas of best practices (including HR process design), service alignment, onboarding/offboarding lifecycle design and general HR transformations.
- You will be become the Go-To Person for all user stories and test cases.
- You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities and converting them into technical solutions.
- You are also focused on the continuous optimization and development of products, employees and services in the areas of GBS, legal, HR and shared services
CANDIDATE:
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow-related roles.
- Experience with implementing HRSD, IRM or ESG.
- Understanding of configuration and scripting.
- CSA, CIS – HR certifications.
- Proficiency in both English and German is essential.
