Workday HCM Consultant

Focus Cloud have a fantastic contract opportunity for a Workday HCM Consultant to be based onsite for a Global Workday End-User in London!

Position:  Workday HCM Consultant 
Employment Type: Contract
Start Date: ASAP 
Duration: 6 Months
Location: London - 3 days a week on site
Rate: Outside IR35 - Rate to be discussed

DO YOU HAVE:
- 3+ years experience as a hands-on Workday Analyst/Consultant with exceptional configuration skills?
- Experience across at least 3 of the following modules: HCM, Recruitment, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Benefits or Payroll?
- The ability to operationalise business processes, champion Workday with the user population, and provide hands-on configuration guidance and team mentorship across all levels?
