A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Workday HRIS Director within a superb International organisation with a large international footprint.
This highly successful organisation are currently seeking someone with a background in Senior HRIS positions – someone who can oversee & manage a team of Workday SME’s whilst contributing to Strategy & leading on their ambitious roadmap.
Whilst this position is a senior role, you'll also be acting as a SME yourself within either Workday Recruiting or Advanced Compensation.
The business are in a post go-live environment, highly ambitious with Workday & are committed to see the maximum return of investment now & over the coming years.
This role presents a wonderful opportunity to work in a Senior Leadership capacity whilst remaining hands on with the systems acting as an Internal Workday Advanced Compensation SME.
The ideal person will be able to champion Workday, hold their own against a variety of stakeholders, manage SLA’s, People manage, Configure & drive forward Advanced Compensation

Salary: £100,000-£120,000 Per Annum + Benefits
About the Role:
- Responsibilities in People Management overseeing a Team of International Workday Modular SME’s
- Overseeing & Managing SLA’s
- Reviewing & Monitoring Standards & Performance to ensure they are performed at a high level
- Oversee, develop & drive forward both Strategy & the Workday Roadmap for the business
- Act as an Internal SME for Advanced Compensation – Configuration & Support.
- Exceptional High Level Stakeholder liaison/management
About You:
- 4+ Years experience with Workday HCM
- Experience in prior HRIS Management/Director type roles
- Experience Delivering & Defining Workday Roadmpas & Strategy
- Workday Advanced Compensation or Workday Recruiting Expertise
- Jira Experience advantageous
- Strong Stakeholder management a Must
