Change Manager – Workday

WORKDAY CHANGE CONSULTANT - CONTRACT - LONDON OR NORTH EAST 

Currently looking for a Change Consultant for a Financial Institute in process of implementing Workday. 

This role will be working within an exciting environment supporting the senior management team while the implement Workday in addition to other ERP and Payroll solutions. This position is primarily remote and will require some travel to site. 
 
The Role

• Stakeholder Liaison and management 
• Communications plan for staff members regarding business changes 
• System Deployment 
• Business Process Documentation and development 

Candidate Requirements 

• At least one Launch process ideally within Workday 
• Strong Stakeholder Relationship Management 
• Previous Experience within a Change Management role
