Workday Compensation Lead

Position: Workday Compensation Lead 
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Start: April 
Location: Madrid, Spain | Bucharest, Romania | 2/3 days on site 
Salary: Up to €70,000 gross p.a

Focus on WD is specialist Workday Recruitment organisation offering both permanent and contract staffing solutions on a global scale.

Client – Partnered with a highly reputable end-customer of ours with premises around the world. 

Responsibilities:

• Be the SME for Workday
• Optimise system design and help with end-user needs
• Design solutions and lead workshops 
• Assist in crucial projects as both business and functional expert 
• Lead WD support of various HR programs 

Key Skills:

• At least 3 years Workday system knowledge 
• Strong knowledge on both implementation and administration 
• Exposure to Core/Adv. Compensation, Core HCM and Reports 
• Good understanding of Total Rewards functionality 
• Previous Project Management 
• Good communication skills
