WORKDAY COMPENSATION & TALENT PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST

We are currently looking for an experienced Workday Compensation & Talent Performance Specialist to join the business on a contract basis.
 
Location: Hybrid – Sporadic travel
Start Date: ASAP
Rate/Salary: Flexible Dependant on experience 
 
About the Role:
You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of Workday Compensation / Talent and Performance
Actively participate in Feature releases
Understanding business processes and applications
Senior Stakeholder management
 
About You:
Ideally, you will have 5+ Years’ Experience in the Workday Ecosystem
Configuration experience in Workday Compensation and Talent & Performance
Working knowledge of HR business processes and systems.
Strong Stakeholder management experience
Problem solving and troubleshoot issues.
A solid technical and support background
