We are currently looking for an experienced Workday HCM Product Owner looking for the next step in their career

This highly successful organisation are currently seeking someone with a broad range of HCM Modular experience to drive Workday forward in the business
 
The business have been live with Workday HCM since 2020 & are currently working through an ambitious Roadmap & they now need a Workday Sole Contributor to deliver maximum ROI

Location: Hybrid – 3 Times a week in London
Start Date: ASAP
Rate/Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 Per Annum + Benefits  
 
About the Role:

• Responsible for the Workday HCM Environment across a Global Tenant
• Experience across a number of HCM Modules – Core HCM, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Talent & Performance, Benefits
• Sole contributor
• Be the first POC for HR questions 
• Knowledge transfer, Train team, create documentation

About You:

• 3+ Years hands on Workday HCM functional experience across a multitude of modules
• Configuration, Enhancement, Optimization, release management, BAU, Update
• Someone with a solution orientated mindset
• A Can-do attitude with the drive & passion to get involved in different areas
• Excellent stakeholder skills as interacting with various individuals  is essential
