Workday Functional Lead

WORKDAY FUNCTIONAL LEAD - BERLIN - HYBRID

We are currently looking for an experienced Workday HCM Lead to join the business on a Permanent basis.

This highly successful organisation is a household name and is growing internationally. This role will be working within an international Workday Team based in company HQ. 
 
About the Role:

• Workday HCM Functional Lead with exposure to Absence 
• Act as an internal SME for Core HCM 
• Senior Stakeholder management
• Leadership skills
• End User Training documentation
• Test scripts & Test execution

About You:

• Ideally you'll have 3+ Years’ Experience in the Workday Ecosystem as a Functional Analyst or Lead
• Strong Stakeholder management experience
• Hands on configuration skills 
• Have a strong working knowledge of HR processes, Structure and Responsibilities 
• A good knowledge of Data Conversion and EIB's
